We will have classes every other Thursday from 9am-11am until further notice. All test material is covered during the 2 hour class time. Certificates are issued to all that pass the test. The fee is $30.00 person per class. With the large number of people that have to be tested it is mandatory you call in advance to reserve a seat. Each class is limited to the first 25 people to sign up.

If you wish to attend the class here you must do the following:
Call Carol Newlin at 800-264-1438, 812-238-1438 extension 251 between 7-4 daily. Carol is the only one with the schedule. Calling another employee here will not get you in the class. You will need to pay for the class through the cash and carry store ahead of time before you can be signed up for the class. Be sure to keep your receipt, it is your pass into class. No receipt, no class. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. With the class being 2 hours we request you limit your carry in to a beverage. Lunch is not served.
